2. Services
SunSet Hosting provides game server hosting, Discord bot hosting, VPS hosting, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.
- All services are provided on a subscription basis
- Service specifications are as described on our website at the time of purchase
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
3. Payment & Billing
All payments are processed securely. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
- All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise
- Invoices are generated automatically on your billing cycle
- Services may be suspended after 3 days of non-payment
- Services will be terminated after 7 days of non-payment
- Chargebacks will result in immediate account termination
4. Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with our services. Our refund policy is as follows:
- 72-Hour Money Back Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 72 hours of your initial purchase — no questions asked.
- Refunds are only available for first-time purchases of a service
- Renewal payments are non-refundable
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
- Services that have been suspended due to ToS violations are not eligible for refunds
- To request a refund, open a ticket in our Discord server or contact us via the client area
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services for any of the following:
- DDoS attacks, port scanning, or any form of network abuse
- Hosting illegal content or engaging in illegal activities
- Spamming, phishing, or any form of fraud
- Mining cryptocurrency without prior written approval
- Reselling our services without prior written approval
- Any activity that violates local, state, national, or international law
- Hosting content that promotes hate, violence, or discrimination
6. DDoS Protection
We provide DDoS protection as part of our service. However, in the event of an attack targeting your server that affects our network or other customers, we reserve the right to null-route your IP temporarily to protect the integrity of our network.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Non-payment of fees
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Abuse of our staff or support team
- Chargebacks or payment disputes
Upon termination, all data associated with your account may be permanently deleted. SunSet Hosting is not responsible for any data loss resulting from account termination.
8. Privacy Policy

9. Limitation of Liability
SunSet Hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 30 days prior to the claim.
